It has been there for the past 3 centuries, it is one of the oldest houses of the village of Tinajo, it has been used as a library, then it became the house of the priest and lately it was the house of the dressmaker. Nowadays Thomas and Cindy have turned it into a rural retreat guesthouse for tourists. With courage, passion, savoir-faire and the help of an architect they refurbished this house, adapting it to the needs of rural tourism in Lanzarote.
On a plot of land of 3000m2 it was built through the canarian tradition. 750m2 of built rooms surrounding an open patio. The main idea was to transform those tall rooms into duplexes (two storeys). There are 6, from which 3 have a sea view. They have all been furnished in the ancient style with taste, though the touch of our modern world is always present. Each duplex give us a different sensation, caused by the colour tones of the bedroom walls, it is situated on top, spacious, luminous, inspiring serenity and inviting to sweet dreams.
Downstairs, you find a living room with two rustic bed settees and a low table. A bathroom located as well downstairs and composed by basin, shower and WC.
