The natural monument of Islote de Halcones (Isle of Falcons)

It has a surface of 10 hectares and it is included in what was declared on August the 9 th 1974 as The National Park of Timanfaya, situated in the municipality of Yaiza, it is a magnificent volcanic structure in hilly form, emitted before the historical lava flows of the XVIII century, at its foot you find a lava lake that covers all the topographic environment.
